EcoTrim Ltd provides grounds maintenance and residential garden care services including, but not limited to:

• Lawn mowing
• Lawn treatments
• Hedge trimming
• Commercial grounds maintenance
• General grounds and garden care

All services are subject to availability and site suitability.

• All quotations are provided free of charge unless otherwise stated.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
• Quotations are based on the visible condition of the site at the time of inspection.
• Additional work required due to unforeseen circumstances may incur additional charges.

• Customers should provide reasonable access to the property on the agreed service date.
• We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations where possible.
• We reserve the right to reschedule services due to adverse weather conditions, illness, equipment failure, or circumstances outside our control.

• Payment terms will be agreed prior to work commencing.
• Payment may be required upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of future services.

Customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring access to the property
• Informing us of any hazards, underground services, hidden obstacles, or fragile items
• Keeping pets and children safely away from active work areas

EcoTrim Ltd cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by hidden obstacles or hazards not disclosed prior to work.

Where lawn treatments or similar services are provided:

• Results may vary depending on weather, soil condition, watering, pests, disease, and existing lawn health.
• We cannot guarantee specific outcomes due to factors outside our control.
• Customers may be required to follow aftercare instructions for best results.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Green waste removal may be charged separately.
• Some services may involve leaving grass clippings or mulch on site.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our work, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate and work towards a satisfactory resolution. Complaints can be submitted by email to info@ecotrim.co.uk or via our contact form. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 5 working days and will make every reasonable effort to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.

• We hold appropriate public liability insurance.
• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, supplier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful under UK law
